  • Developed forward-thinking professional development trainings and workshops tailored to biomedical graduate students on topics such as: CV and Resume Writing for diverse career paths, Job Negotiation Strategies, Social Media for Networking, Career Exploration Tools for PhDs

  • Envisioned and implemented strategic communication initiative for Career Services, including Monthly Newsletter, website upgrade and online calendar

    Served on the UMSOM Communications Strategy Committee (to promote communication across divisions), Student Services Working Group (advocate for student needs, including mentoring and mental health), Sunshine Committee (to promote social wellness in students)

  • Recruited and hosted more than 30 external speakers, while ensuring diversity of speakers
