About Me

Hi I'm Anna!

I’m on a mission to turn brilliant graduate students in biomedical sciences into career success stories—without requiring them to spendanother decade in academia just figuring out their next move. As the mastermind behind a comprehensive career services program serving over 500 students, I curate resources and strategies to match their ambitions, whether they dream of conquering the lab, leading industry breakthroughs, or finally explaining their research to their grandparents in a way that makes sense.

Recognizing that PhD students deserve more than just theoretical knowledge and caffeine dependency, I spearheaded the first-ever internship program tailored for them—because nothing says

job-ready like actual job experience. By forging connections with industry leaders and collaborating across university departments, I help students build bridges (not just hypotheses) between academia and the professional world.

With an ever-evolving approach that blends innovation, strategic communication, and a healthy dose of practicality, I ensure our services go beyond generic career advice. From one-on-one counseling to skill-building resources, I equip students with the confidence and know-how to tackle today’s competitive job market—because let’s face it, "professional student" isn’t a long-term career plan.

With a deep commitment to mentoring and continuous learning, I don’t just support students—I empower them to embrace their potential, think outside the box, and chart their own course in an ever-evolving job market. And whether it’s revolutionizing career services or decoding the complexities of biomedical sciences, I’m all about making big ideas accessible, impactful, and—dare I say—exciting.
